Ticket Policy
By purchasing a ticket to a House Rules Presents event, you agree to this Ticket Policy, the rules of the applicable venue, and the terms and conditions of our ticketing provider, Posh.
Ticket purchases and transfers
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled as described below.
Tickets may be transferred only through the options and procedures permitted by Posh. House Rules Presents is not responsible for tickets transferred, sold, purchased, or otherwise obtained outside of Posh or through an unauthorized third party. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets obtained through unofficial resale channels, social-media transactions, or private sellers.
We reserve the right to void tickets that we reasonably believe were obtained through fraud, counterfeit activity, unauthorized resale, or other improper means. Tickets may not be used for unauthorized commercial promotions, contests, giveaways, or other purposes without prior written approval from House Rules Presents.
For ticketing assistance, contact josh@houserulespresents.com.
Refunds, cancellations, and postponements
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive an automatic refund through the original payment method or through the refund procedure established by Posh. House Rules Presents is not responsible for ticketing-platform, processing, payment, delivery, or other third-party fees that may be non-refundable under Posh’s policies.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued solely because an attendee is unable to attend a rescheduled event.
Event details—including artists, support acts, schedules, set times, production elements, venue configuration, and other programming—may change without notice. Unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise, these changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Age and identification
Age requirements vary by venue and event. Certain events may be 18+, 21+, or otherwise age-restricted. The age requirement listed on the official event page, ticketing page, or venue communication applies to that event.
A valid, physical government-issued photo ID may be required for entry and for the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages. Digital copies, screenshots, expired identification, or altered identification may not be accepted.
For college-night events, a valid college or university ID may be required. House Rules Presents and the venue may, in their sole discretion, permit exceptions for people of college age who are not currently enrolled. Attendees should review the specific event listing before purchasing a ticket.
Entry, conduct, and venue rules
Late arrival is permitted, provided that doors remain open and the event has not reached its entry cutoff. Entry generally closes one hour before the scheduled end of the event. No re-entry is permitted once an attendee leaves the venue, except where required by law or expressly authorized by House Rules Presents or venue management.
House Rules Presents, venue personnel, security, and their respective representatives reserve the right to refuse admission, revoke a ticket, or remove any person from an event without refund for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise inconsistent with event or venue rules.
Attendees must follow all posted and communicated venue policies, including rules regarding bags, prohibited items, parking, accessibility, security screening, smoking, alcohol, and emergency procedures. Venue-specific policies and instructions apply in addition to this Ticket Policy.
Photography, video, and recordings
By entering a House Rules Presents event, you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise captured in audio or visual media.
You irrevocably grant House Rules Presents, the venue, participating artists, sponsors, partners, and their respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and statements as captured at or in connection with the event. This material may be used worldwide, in any medium now known or later developed, including social media, websites, advertising, promotional materials, event recaps, editorial content, livestreams, and other commercial or non-commercial uses.
You will not receive compensation, approval rights, notice, or any ownership interest for this use. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you should not attend the event. House Rules Presents cannot guarantee that cameras, photographers, videographers, artists, other attendees, or media partners will avoid capturing you while you are present at the event.
Assumption of risk and release of liability
Live events involve inherent risks. By purchasing a ticket and attending a House Rules Presents event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending, entering, remaining at, or participating in the event.
These risks may include, without limitation:
Crowds, close physical proximity to other attendees, pushing, movement, slips, trips, falls, and contact with other people
Loud music and sound levels that may cause discomfort or hearing damage
Flashing lights, strobe effects, lasers, fog, haze, smoke effects, low lighting, and other production elements
Alcohol consumption, intoxicated attendees, security activity, artist performances, and other conditions common to live events
Personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, loss, or other harm arising from your attendance or participation
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, belongings, conduct, and physical well-being while attending the event. House Rules Presents is not responsible for the acts, omissions, behavior, or conduct of attendees, artists, venue personnel, third parties, or any other person at or connected to an event.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless House Rules Presents LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, partners, venues, artists, sponsors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your attendance at an event, including injury, illness, death, theft, property loss, or damage—except to the extent directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of House Rules Presents.
If you choose to consume alcohol, you are solely responsible for doing so safely and lawfully. Do not drive while impaired, and arrange safe transportation before attending the event.
